Atari Sues Due to Bootleg Flashback 2 Console

I read some time back that Atari stopped production and sales of the Atari Flashback 2 console (which comes complete with 40 Atari 2600 games and prototypes) due to poor sales.  Apparently, Atari thought you couldn't make money selling the Flashback 2.  Now, they've filed a lawsuit.  Why?  Someone else is making money selling the Flashback 2.  Duh.

According to a nice article over at Gamasutra, "Atari Interactive has filed a $30 million lawsuit in a California district court against the owner and operator of distributor Tommo Inc., saying that the latter knowingly sold illegal knockoffs of its Flashback 2 console."
