Being a mad scientist isn't all bad, I suppose.  UK-based hacker Bacteria has done the impossible and has put 15 different consoles and portable systems which can play games from 18 different systems into a single (albeit large and boxy) enclosure.  Not content to just mount the consoles together, he wired them all to a single power supply, controller, and video output.  He used the SCART video interface, so I'm not tempted to steal it.  I would have just used an emulator, anyway.
