FTB 29 - Automatic Electric Charcoal Factory [Feed The Beast MindCrack]

Welcome to a new technical series devoted to explaining how to do things in the Feed The Beast MindCrack mod pack for Minecraft.  In each episode, I'll try to focus on a different mod, machine, or task and give you the information you need to do these things on your own.  I am not an expert by any means, and you'll likely be directed to the nearest wiki if you ask any detailed questions.

I've got a tree farm (which I swear I will show off one day) which produces quite a bit of redwood logs.  I convert these to charcoal and burn them in generators to create the EU I use for most of my advanced machines.  I've been doing this manually as the process creates a lot of experience, but today I decided to automate it.  I started with a bunch of iron furnaces, but that was too slow and a bit ugly.  I discovered that the induction furnace was much faster and could be powered by just two generators fueled by charcoal.  Yes, the furnace churns out much more charcoal than the generators use, else this wouldn't be a very useful trick.
